3 Defeats? Unthinkable!
Could a defeat, tomorrow, signal the end of our title challenge so early in the season?
If we were to lose tomorrow we`d have lost three of the first nine fixtures and be a huge seven points behind Chelsea.
A defeat tomorrow is something Sir Alex is determined not to let happen with the gaffer remarking at his pre-match press conference,
"You don`t want a gap to open."
"This season could be a league in which you`ll suffer if you lose bad ones."
"We couldn`t really afford to lose the Tottenham game the way we did, going 2-0 down and 3-1 down and having to fight get back. We were absolutely brilliant in the second half but we gave two goals away and you can`t do that at this level."
"If we get any more of that, we`ll be in trouble. Chelsea are undefeated and that gives you an idea of the level of consistency, they`ve produced this season."
