It`s Not Funny!

It`s Not Funny!

As we head towards a difficult fixture, this Sunday, against Newcastle, the fear is once again there that we`re going to fall prey to our new trait of falling behind to the opposition.

It happened again in Cluj and fearful of what happened in the away game at St James Park last season, Patrice Evra has given the following comments to the media,

"It is not funny when we go behind."

"Having to keep trying to come from behind is not a worry but it is a bad habit."

"The result against Cluj is a confidence-booster ahead of Newcastle on Sunday because last season up there was a disaster."

"We played very badly and lost 3-0 but this year is going to be very important for us because we have already lost against Tottenham and we have to react. We don`t want another wake-up call at Newcastle."

"We know what happened last year, we know the experience up there and we have to be ready from the first minute."

"It won`t be an easy game, but we have to score first and make sure we control the game."

With the array of attacking talent Sir Alex has at his disposal, it`s a plan that we should / need to stick to!

Time to pull your fingers out lads any more losses and we could be out of the title race before it's even started.

What does he mean 'coming from behind is not a worry'? I find it pretty worrying myself that we have to go down to respond and play like champions. Seems like motivation issues to me possibly even arrogance. As MotorMad said you need to pull your finger out and Fergie really does need to have a word. W can't afford too many losses.
