'If It's Football, It's Vital'

What a Bonus

For many the return of Darren Fletcher was a delight.

For the Scotsman it would have been a great moment to emerge form his own personal nightmare and get a full ninety minutes of competitive football under his belt.

For Sir Alex Ferguson it would have been great to see his faith in Darren rewarded as well as giving him some more midfield options in the coming months.

For all those that doubted whether Fletcher could come back from such a debilitating illness, it shows what perseverance, patience and dedication can achieve.

Vital Manchester United would like to congratulate Darren on getting this far and we sincerely hope this is the start of something big for the lad.
