'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Fletcher`s Back

One of the loudest cheers at Old Trafford last night came in the seventy-second minute.

It came as the Old Trafford faithful welcomed the introduction of Darren Fletcher as a substitute.

The Scottish midfielder`s entrance heralded his first piece of first team action since November 2011 when he had to succumb to the debilitating bowel illness that was affecting him.

Let`s hope that Darren is now able to go on and play a full part in what could turn out to be a memorable season.

It was great to see him back. I truly thought he wouldn't of been able to do it, well I'm chuffed to be wrong.
