Kagawa Injury?

One surprise absence from the Japan team that took on Iraq in a World Cup Qualifier, on Tuesday, was Shinji Kagawa.

It turns out that recent acquisition was nursing a back injury and missed the game, which Japan won 1-0, as a precaution.

Speaking about his absence, Shinji had the following to say,

"It`s not a serious injury and I don`t think it will keep me out for long. I can walk without any problem but if I put a strain on it, it still hurts.

Does any one else sense that Shinji could well be missing from the starting eleven that take on Wigan this Saturday?
