Ronaldo Rules Out City Move

With the speculation doing the rounds that Cristiano Ronaldo is looking towards the next chapter of his career, the Portuguese striker has come out and admitted that he would never join Manchester City.

Well not whilst Sir Alex Ferguson remain sin charge of Manchester United!

Speaking about his former boss, Ronaldo is quoted a shaving remarked to the media,

"When I arrived at United I was 18 and Sir Alex was like a father to me. He taught me many things."

"I worked with him for six years and he is a great human, a great coach. Sir Alex and Jose Mourinho are the two best coaches in the world."

They may well be but the rumours doing the rounds are that Cristiano is seeking a salary that equates to £500,000 a week to compensate for Spanish income tax law changes that will see hi stake home pay drastically cut.

Seriously, is any footballer worth £500,000 s week?

Still reckon him and Madrid will kiss and make up over a lucrative and ridiculous new contract.
