Wouldn't put it past them to be honest. They've just spent silly money on hulk and witsel so I'd be disappointed if they didn't offer silly money for Nani also, especially seeing as he's better than hulk and just as consistent. I'd take 25 mil but mainly due to their silly spending so far I'd be slightly disappointed if we couldn't get a cheeky 30-35 mil.
