Rooney Rubbishes Rumours

Thank goodness that some degree of common sense has prevailed.

But, it`s taken a tweet from the man himself to quell all the media generated unrest relating to his future at Old Trafford.

With the red-top publications seemingly intent on driving a wedge between Rooney and Sir Alex, Rooney has responded by tweeting,

"Heard what people have to say - absolute rubbish."

So now can everybody just leave the subject alone!

No doubt he's going to rubbish them as he's most probably praying they're not true. His gone from indespensable to despensable in a matter of two signings. Should be a nice dose of reality for the golden boy to realise he's not as special as he thinks he is.
