In For a Centre Back?

Although Sir Alex Ferguson has hinted that there will be no more signings this summer, could there indeed be one more?

One of the red-tops published this morning seems to think so.

It`s inferring that our lack of fully-fit centre backs will see Sir Alex make a move to bring the nineteen year-old Leicester City centre back Liam Moore to Old Trafford.

Reporting on the possible move, the red-top infers that United sent their chief scout Jim Lawlor to run the rule over the young lad in the weekend that`s just gone by.

As for opposition for his signature, the red-top infers that Everton, Sunderland and Tottenham are also watching the youngster.

Can't see us making anymore signings this window especially at CB. We have enough but have found ourselves in exceptional circumstances with injuries. To have four CB out at anytime never mind before the seasons even started is highly unlikely. Maybe Fergie has an eye on the lad as one for the future and might make a move if another team try to buy him but other than that doubt it.
