Welbeck Agrees New Deal

Although the signing of the Dutch ace, Robin Van Persie, might restrict just how often Danny Welbeck appears in the United first team, it hasn`t stopped the youngster agreeing to a new deal.

It seems that a new deal has been on the cards for quite awhile but with one thing or another cropping up, Danny hasn`t quite got around to putting pen-to-paper.

Well it now seems that Danny is ready to do just that and is preparing to put his signature to a contract that will see him extend his stay at Old Trafford for another fur years whilst also trebling his current salary, placing him on a cool 50,000 a week.

Good on you Danny!

Still waiting for the official confirmation as I hash this before a couple of weeks back. Hopefully he signs it, I'm sure he will seeing as he's playing for his boyhood club an all. I'm also certain he'll still get plenty of game time as he's cpable of playing out wide where we now only have 3 natural wingers.
