'If It's Football, It's Vital'

It`s Not Happening Folks!

And the latest inference coming from Brazil is that the talented Lucas Moura will not be coming to Old Trafford this summer.

Yesterday the inference was that Sao Paulo believed that a deal could be resurrected if United were prepared to return to the negotiating table.

This morning the gist from South America, backed up by a Sao Paulo director, the wonderfully named Adalberto Baptista, is that Moura will not be leaving the Brazilian side this summer.

A time to look elsewhere then!

Really no shock nor surprise. The lads a potential world beater but the issue with potential is it is very easily not achieved and more often than not it is the case. There was too much risk involved in any deal as Sao Paulo wanted too much money for potential and promise alone rather than his actual current ability. I was shocked that we were even in for him, i wasn't really expecting anymore first team signings other than Kagawa despite the fact that we need strengthening in some areas namely a fullback to add competition and depth to the position and another midfielder.
