United Closing in on Moura

If the press is correct, United have moved a little closer to bringing Lucas Moura to Old Trafford.

They`re reporting that United have bid 23 million for the nineteen year old Brazilian and that Sao Paulo have been quite receptive to the bid.

It`s also being reported that Sao Paulo may be keen to do a quick deal due to the fact that the player has joint ownership.

Currently, Sao Paulo have an 80% share of the player but this drops to 70% soon, meaning any fee received would be diluted.

Now as to who owns the other percentage of the player, that`s not pointed out as being a worry as it is his father.

We`ll report further when news is available.

Still cant see it happening. If he goes anywhere it'll most probably be Italy or spain, I doubt we'd be willing to take a punt on him. I think I'd sooner see us go for Ganso seeing as he is now available just an issue of a transfer fee, dealing with santos means you pay ridiculous money, can't see that deal happening either though.
