Anderson Leaving?

With it being widely accepted that United are looking to strengthen the midfield, it`s common sense that if Sir Alex Ferguson brings somebody in then somebody else might very well be leaving.

Today, with us seemingly in no position to reveal the acquisition of anybody, reports are surfacing about a possible departure.

The rumour-mill is suggesting that Anderson could become the subject of a bid from the Portuguese outfit, Benfica.

Many feel that the twenty-four year old hasn`t made the progress he should have and that he has flattered to deceive at times.

What`s the opinion from the floor?

Is it time for Anderson to go and for someone else to be bought in to get the midfield drive where it should be?

I think he needs to go to be honest. As Its been said before, he just hasn't shown the promise he showcased during his first season and everytime he does look like he's getting some form behind him he gets injured and comes back looking fat and unfit and as such can't get back into the team. I think he needs to go just to restart his career and perhaps get it back on track.
