Barcelona Are On The Menu

Our pre-season fixture list just gained a fixture that will have everybody sat on the edge of their seats.

Manchester United have announced that they will be playing Barcelona on 8th August.

However, before you all start looking towards tickets for Old Trafford or the Nou Camp for this friendly spectacular, we should point out that the game will take place in the Swedish city of Gothenburg.

But it should remain interesting never the less.

It was a great pre-season friendly last season and hopefully will be again. Great choice to get the players back to fitness and Premier League standard football.

As a Chelsea fan, I'm looking forward to this game with great expectation. I just want to see how United will approach this... United have nothing to lose as there is no prize at stake but something tells me you guys will be driving a very big fat red bus onto the pitch :)

Thanks for the post but i doubt there will be any bus parking, using last seasons friendly as marker it should be a good end to end game, neither side will play the big names but the youngsters and new guys coming into the team.
