'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Getting Shirty!

Manchester United, as a global brand, remains a world leader when it comes to football.

However, down in Africa, although we are the favoured choice for many Africans, plans are afoot in the Premier League to change that.

Sunderland have negotiated a deal with an African company whereby their shirts will carry the logo - Invest in Africa.

Those involved in setting up the new sponsorship deal believe that every African will be keen to wear a Sunderland shirt bearing the name of their nation.

Now whilst we can see the logic we don`t really believe that Sunderland will oust us, after all, once Sunderland`s results take a down turn, those shirts will be hidden away in a draw some where in very quick time.

Although some may counteract that suggestion by inferring that any shirt would be preferable to our new horror lined up for next season!

The Fear
It's both unfortunately The Fear. Now I know football isn't a fashion contest but feck me we couldn't of decided on a more ugly kit. Then again, I can't think of too many nice kits we've had under Nike.
TheFamousNo7
Must admit, I was disappointed with Nike for Villa, just not a good quality for so called big boys. Why on earth clubs don't have a caucus of fans to ask re: kits I will never know ... after all, it is the fans who know what is right and wrong for their clubs! Will look out for it. I guess the compensation for a crap kit will be a pretty decent team for you all again though!!!!
The Fear
I'VE SEEN IT, LOOKS LIKE A TABLECLOTH OR SOMETHING RUPERT THE BEAR WOULD WEAR
