Talks ARE Set to Resume!

Any inference that Manchester United, as has appeared on several news sources over the past weeks could be prepared to let Nani go, are a little misguided.

Although Nani`s agents is supposedly trying to get a salary increase for his client, without any success, the latest is that United are preparing to resume talks with the Portuguese forward once Portugal`s Euro 2012 campaign is over, which if the sports hacks are right, could well be in midweek when they face the hot-tips to win the tournament, Spain.

Nani's choice is to play at highest level at a very good wage or play for a Malaga or a PSG in 2nd rate leagues at ridiculous wages. If he'd sooner the latter then he's not a United player, he wouldn't possess a Man U mentality. I'd sooner see him leave than hold the club to ransom, get a ridiculous pay rise just to put in inconsistent performances. Prove he's worth the wage then fair enough but until then Nani take what's on offer, it's more than generous.
