Instant Respect

Instant Respect

Set to be at Roy Hodgson`s side for the foreseeable future, Gary Neville has jumped from being a Sky Sports pundit to almost a national figure.

Talking about his recent appointment, on a four year contract, Gary has remarked to the media,

"Roy asking me to be part of his staff is an honour for me. I had no hesitation in accepting."

I bet he didn`t although with a playing career behind him that saw him win 85 caps for his country between 1995 and 1997, play 600+ games for Manchester United (one of only five players to do so) whilst also making exactly 400 Premier League appearances for United, you`d imagine that sort of record would afford Gary immediate respect from those fortunate enough to be selected for the finals of Euro 2012!
