Norwegian Fixture Announced

Norwegian Fixture Announced

With the season coming to an end, United are formulating their plans for the pre-season.

One game announced will see Manchester United travel to Norway for the first time in a decade.

A game has been arranged whereby we`ll take on Valarenga on August 5th in Oslo.

Talking about a belated return to Norway, David Gill had this to say,

"We have fantastic fans in Norway - the Scandinavian supporters` club is our biggest in the world with over 40,000. It`s great to have the chance to play in front of them again."

My only regret is that we`ve not agreed to play against the side that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer manages, now that would have been quite a night!

It's preseason all you ever play is deadwood. Should hopefully help us increase out Norwegian fanbase and satisfy the fanbase already there.
