'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Nani`s Anger

The disbelief that the 4-4 draw has more-or-less given Manchester City more than just a life-line in what appeared to be a cut and dried title race still emanates from within the Manchester United camp.

Nani, who got on the score-sheet after Ashley Young was conveniently rested, had a few words for the media, words that encapsulated the thoughts of many when we commented,

"There is anger from the players, of course, because we wanted to win. We`re disappointed to lose four goals."

"The concentration was not the best in the last few minutes - that`s why they were able to create chances and score goals."

"We had a lot of possession and played some fantastic football in attack. But we conceded too many goals and we`re not happy abut that."

Critics would say, and who am I to disagree, that potential title winning sides do not lose a two goal lead with less than ten minutes to go, especially at home!
