Team GB?
I`m puzzled!
I can accept that sometimes international managers name squads, in the region, of 40, before whittling them down to 22 or 23 for a major tournament but why the hell has Stuart Pearce nominated a squad of 80 that will be whittle down nearer the time the Olympics take place and the farcical Team GB participates in the football competition?
Reading the papers this morning, it seems that Sir Alex Ferguson isn`t too happy either with the boss bemoaning the fact his pre-season preparations will be decimated with 10 of his squad on the list of 80, and several others likely to be selected by other countries participating.
I get the impression this unhappiness could rumble on and on
how about you?
