One news source, The Times, has two pieces of information floating around relating to Paul Scholes.
The first infers that Scholes is more than happy to commit to another season at Old Trafford but the second isn`t good news for England fans with Scholes, supposedly, pouring cold water on any hopes of him playing for England in the 2012 Euro Finals.

His been fantastic and has shown he can still do it at the highest level and, even though he's not going, I reckon he could do a better job for England at the Euros in midfield than any of the other options. Glad he's signing a new contract and also glad he's not going to the Euro's, it will ensure he's fresh for next season and will further prolong his playing career.
