'If It's Football, It's Vital'

A Sobering Thought

Yesterday, one tabloid pointed out a fact that may just give fans of our noisy-neighbours a few sleepless nights.

Apparently, over the last 19 seasons, Manchester United are averaging 15 points from their last 7 fixtures.

If that average is maintained this season, then United will amass 91 points.

For City to win the title then our noisy-neighbours would be faced with wining every single one of their last seven games.

Now would you bank on that?

Sleepless nights? You really don't have a clue Red Maggot have you? If we don't win the league it will obviously be disappointing BUT this is our best ever PL season in the Premier League, most City fans will never have seen City play such beautiful football as has been on display this season. There's all that to look forward to again next season as we've shown for the last four years we're getting stronger every year. If U*d do win it with a points total that high then my hat's off to them but don't for one second think I'll lose any sleep over it. This is the thing with the vast majority of U*d fans they can't see past the end of their own noses, they haven't a clue what it's like to be a true football fan, they just attached themselves to success, gloryhunters if you will, the tragic thing is they have become exactly what they despised for so long - Liverpool, the resemblance of the fan's attitude is uncanny. Peace out Rags, just remember this title hasn't been decided yet and if you do win it we will come back stronger and hungrier next year.

not got any sleepless nights here, red boy, IF you do win it well done you MAY deserve it, but like Bluedub says we will come back stronger next year, and remember Taggart is not getting any younger is he?what is he now 73? so IF you do win it congratulations, but there is still 7 matches to go, and dont go counting chickens just yet.......and as for the story in the Tabloid do you really believe them?

On a more serious note - you think Mancini will stay at Etihad next season?
