Etihad Game Holds No Fears!

In this topsy-turvy season, a season that is starting to edge its way towards a record busting 20th top flight title for Manchester United, things continue to take strange turns.

Not too long ago, many suspected that the City v United clash, at the Etihad Stadium, would prove to be the title decider, but events have conspired to give United a definite edge with the gap already a healthy five points between the two sides.

Now many suspect that the title could very well be won on the aforementioned day.

Wayne Rooney certainly has no qualms about going to the Etihad and winning with the prolific striker remarking to the media,

"We`re certainly good enough to beat them there. We showed that when we beat them 3-2 in the FA Cup in January."

"They have a great home record in the league but we managed to get the result there in the Cup."

"That shows we can go there and win. We just have to be ourselves and play our normal football."

"We`ll take full confidence into that game and hopefully we can get the three points."

"We`ll approach it as we do any normal game."

"There are three points up for grabs and we`ll be trying to get them. We won`t be doing anything different."

Except rubbing their noses in it I hope!
