A Bright Future

A Bright Future

One of the Sunday rags takes great delight in pointing out that Sir Alex Ferguson seems very keen to hang onto one of his young stars.

Whereas, in the past; Sir Alex has been keen to farm his youngsters out to give them much needed first team experience, that doesn`t appear to be the case with Will Keane.

In fact, it`s inferred that Keane`s talent could see him propelled to the first team squad next season, suitable reward for his endeavour and talent we`d say.

With Berby and Owen looking likely to leave and Macheda likely to go out on loan again (hopefully he picks a side where he will actually play this time) we will need some back-up in the event two of Hernandez/Welbeck/Rooney gets injured. Will Keane looked like a great prospect up front at youth/reserve level and will save us a fortune in wages and fees getting another back-up striker. Either him or Diouf could be the back-up we need.
