Hunger or Experience?

The title race, although only involving Manchester clubs, is still gripping the nation.

Will it be United who take a 20th title, or will the new kids-on-the-block cash laden block, City take a first title of the modern ages.

Following the latest round of results, United have the edge and could possibly be nominated as the current favourites, but we all know it can change in an instant.

On Monday, United played well in patches but in the end were grateful to get a 1-0 win with an edgy performance.

But, as we`ve said many a time before, the results at this stage of the season are far more important than the performances.

Rio Ferdinand, a past-master at United when it comes to title run-ins, is aware of this and has given the following comments to the media pos the Fulham fixture,

"It happens every year and at this stage of the season we know what it takes and we`ve got comfort in the knowledge we can create chances and remain calm."

"You`ve got to hold your nerve but as important as that, if not more so, it is trusting each other."

"United have the experience, City have the hunger."

So which will prevail?

Hunger or experience!

dont know, tough to call, i think it will all boil down to the Derby in Manchester, but it has been the best title race in years, and not just because its City and Utd,The only others that has come close was the Liverpool/ Arsenal In 88/89 and you lot and Blackburn in 95......none of the others comes near....so may the best team win, so come on City.....

I like to think our players have the experience AND the hunger Rio, not one or the other.
