Wise Words from a Young Head!

Wise Words from a Young Head!

Ashley Young started the season like a house on fire; sadly the flames were extinguished a little courtesy of an injury.

But, at White Hart Lane on Sunday, Young looked to be back to his best with two exquisite finishes sealing the victory for United.

The three points kept us hot on the heels of the Premier League leaders, Manchester City, and Ashley Young, speaking after the win, warned our noisy-neighbours that United are well placed to capitalize on any slip-ups Roberto Mancini`s side may make, remarking to the media,

"Any time they slip up and we can take advantage, then we will."

"We`ll keep pegging them back. As Paul Scholes said the other day, we think we`ll have to win every game."

"So as long as we keep doing that, we`ll be okay. We`ll just concentrate on ourselves, take each game as it comes."

"We`ve just had two tough away games at Tottenham and Norwich. Every game between now and the end will be tough."

They will but if we can navigate our way to the Etihad Stadium having kept the winning streak going then it promises to be the mother of all battles.
