Keeper Off On Loan!

Our Polish keeper, Thomasz Kuszczak, has finally secured a move away from Old Trafford.

Shunted down the pecking order by the arrivals of David de Gea and Anders Lindegaard, plus the promotion of Ben Amos, Kuszczak has had very few opportunities to play this season.

Previously, he has expressed a desire to leave United and yesterday he got his wish when he joined Watford on loan until the end of the season.

Speaking about his reasoning to drop down a division, the twenty-nine year old had this to say,

"I want to have a chance of being involved in the Euro`s in my home country."

"So I need to be out there playing so everyone can see I`m fighting fit and hungry."

"I miss the feeling of a match day. Where Watford were in the Championship table never crossed my mind. I knew this to be a good club."

I`m sure you`ll join me in wishing Kuszczak well!
