Moroccan Centre Back in United Link!

Centre back problems may see United move into the transfer market this summer.

For the second season, on the trot, we, at times, have had to field a makeshift partnership at the heart of the defence.

But who might United have in their sights?

Well one tabloid carries the inference that it is the Udinese centre-back, Mehdi Benatia.

And it seems the Moroccan international is flattered (well who wouldn`t be?) by the apparent United interest, remarking,

"To be linked with Manchester united is a dream come true."

"They are the biggest club in the world, and to have an opportunity to play at Old Trafford would be amazing, believe me."

"But I have a contract with Udinese, and they have to be happy before I move on."

We can only wonder how much money would make Udinese happy!
