With both Manchester clubs emerging victorious over the North London clubs, it`s a case of déjà-vu at the top of the Premier League table.
On reflection we could have done with Howard Webb doing us another favour and sending off bad-boy Balotelli before he scored that injury time penalty but such is life.
But at least we`ve kept the pressure up on our noisy-neighbours and with Spurs having been beaten it`s edging towards it becoming a two team race.
Following Welbeck`s winner at the Emirates Stadium, Patrice Evra, had a quick word for the media, remarking,
"We`re still behind City but we have to play with the United spirit, it`s difficult to beat us."
It is indeed difficult to beat us, yesterday we were not at our fluent best but we dug in and got the desired result.
