'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Going Nowhere!

It was, perhaps, obvious that the recent episode involving Wayne Rooney and that infamous late night out might have repercussions.

And that has proven to be the case with a rumour that Rooney was seeking a move away from Old Trafford, a rumour we believe emanated from The Independent, swiftly denied by the striker on his Twitter account with Rooney confirming,

"The Independent is talking absolute rubbish."

"My future is with Manchester united and the club and I are totally committed to each other."

"The manager and I have no issues and anyone who says different don`t know what they are talking about."

Glad to hear it Wayne!
