A United Lampard Bid?

A United Lampard Bid?

This one, if it came off, would throw the cat amongst the pigeons!

Some news sources are carrying the inference that Sir Alex Ferguson may attempt to capitalize on Frank Lampard`s apparent unhappiness at Chelsea by making a January bid to bring the midfielder to Old Trafford.

Lampard, a legend down at Stamford Bridge, is reportedly unhappy at not being a regular in the Andre Villas-Boas regime.

Now whether there is any real substance in this rumour or not, we can`t confirm, but it does give us all something to debate as we head towards a cup-tie with Manchester City.

Would Lampard be a valuable acquisition or is he past his sell-by date?

Rooney, a according to the Independant he can leave this transfer window, so Lamps will appease the fans clamour for ''Big Star Signings''... or can it be for Money again on Rooneys part like last time.... so IF Lamps does sign, will Manure will have the oldest midfield in the country?lol
