Since making that impressive start, Ashley Young`s season has spluttered along somewhat in recent weeks.

An injury interrupted his run in the starting eleven and although he came off the bench to replace the injured Phil Jones last night, there has been no upturn in fortune a she to fell victim to injury.

Young was forced to limp off after a late challenge from Dickson Etuhu, prompting Sir Alex Ferguson to commence after the encounter,

"Fulham were very aggressive in the second half and Young has paid the price for that. He will be out for two to three weeks."

And another joins the growing injury list!

It gets worse and worse. Hopefully Young comes back and starts putting in the shifts that he showed he's capable of at the start of the season in again.
