Scholes to Return?
It`s a headline that grabs your immediate attention and one that is splashed across the back page of one tabloid.
The article infers that several United players have spoken to Paul Scholes about making a comeback.
With our midfield in tatters, courtesy of injuries, the presence of Scholes would be a welcome sight.
Unfortunately, another tabloid states, quite categorically, that Sir Alex Ferguson hasn`t asked Scholes to reconsider his recent retirement.

Now that really would be desparate. You've got Pogba and Morrison, they may be inexperienced, but you should at least give them a go before recalling Scholes from the knackers yard.
