'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Ola John`s Wish?

I guess it is the wish of everyone to join Manchester United.

The allure of joining one of the greatest, if not the greatest, club in the world is quite understandable.

But an expression of a desire to join the club isn`t a passport to actually pulling on that famous red shirt.

The latest starlet to show an ambition to join United is a certain Ola John.

Ola, just nineteen years of age, is the brother of Collins John who played for Fulham in the not too distant past.

He`s currently playing for FC Twente, in Holland, but infers that both United and Arsenal are pursuing him.

We`ll wait and see shall we!

Never heard of him, where does he even play?

The wish of everyone to join un***d? And you wonder why nobody likes you.

Says the fanbase who refer to Arsenal as their feeder club and who chanted that they were going to sign Van Persie.
TheFamousNo7
No offence famous, but that's pure banter - ever heard of that? It's one thing to take the mick out of a rival's fans when they're sat in your ground, another to proclaim that "Everyone in the world" wants to play for you. Ask Alan Shearer. (Or Macheda)

That's funny the Arsenal fans on VA didn't see it as banter but arrogance and cockiness, just like the rest of the world does. Also redboy never proclaimed anything, he said "I guess" something you conveniently missed out on, clearly suggesting it's his opinion, not fact.
TheFamousNo7
Sorry TF7, but what RedBoy said is arrogance. The VA members are a precious lot. City fans don't genuinely think that Arsenal are our feeder club, it is tongue in cheek, hence it's banter. It's when yougenuinely believe these things that it becomes arrogance.
Bluedub
LOL! Vitral Arseole have had it in for us ever since we beat them 4-2 and Adebayor ran the length of the pitch to celebrate with them. You don't think their opinions on all things City could be just a tad clouded by their hatred and jealousy do you? Most of the Arsenal fans I know, including my wife aren't in the slightest bit bothered by it, and a lot of their fans responded with the tried and true "Thursday nights Channel 5" song. Now if I was precious that would offend me - fortunately I recognise it as good natured banter. Un***d on the other hand constantly harp on about "Why would anyone sign for City when they could sign for us", and the one I find most astoundingly irritating "that player is not Un***d quality". I guess things like that are just second nature to the likes of yourselves and Arsenal fans, seeing as you've had it all your own way for so long, and you rather resent us for suddenly muscling in on what you regard as your sovereign right to lord it over everyone else.
