Ferguson Puts On Brave Face
Putting on a brave face, it was a downhearted Sir Alex Ferguson that faced the media last night.
With ambitions of winning the Champions League, Sir Alex would have been hurting badly at our early elimination.
But he had this to say, amongst other things,
"We are disappointed. There is no other way you can feel."
"We had so much possession of the ball and so many opportunities. The play was very good and we let ourselves down in the finishing."
"It`s a blow. It`s an outstanding tournament, the best in the world, and of course we want to be in it."
But sadly we`re not!
