No Concerns

The Carling Cup offers a brief respite from the challenges the Premier League provides.

Nestling some five points behind Manchester City, the resumption of the Premier League this weekend, will see United looking to close the gap on our noisy-neighbours.

But, Nemanja Vidic doesn`t seem overly concerned about the gap commenting to the media,

"When you look at the table we`d obviously prefer to be closer."

"But nobody in the team is panicking. There`s more than half the season left to play."

"We have a lot of talent, experience and desire in this squad - certainly enough to win the league again."

Hear, hear.

Hopefully, City dropping two points at Anfield last time out, will be the springboard for us to close the gap and overhaul them, eventually!
