Sir Alex Gives Cleverley Update?
Or does he?
Having delivered the bad news that Tom Cleverley will be out of the first team picture until Christmas at the earliest, Sir Alex Ferguson gave a few comments relating to the youngsters injury at his Swansea pre-match press conference.
Speaking to the assembled reporters, Sir Alex remarked,
"It`s unfortunate but it was worse than we thought."
"When he came off against Everton he reported it as just tightness and a bit of pain."
"But we`ve done further scans and we`re going to give him a break until around Christmas time. Hopefully he`ll be back then."
Now we`re always appreciative of some information but we have to say that Sir Alex wasn`t giving much away, in terms of a specific medical condition, there was he!
