A Wonder Kid?

A Wonder Kid?

The term wonder-kid can be a term that describes anyone who has an inkling of talent.

It can also be a term that hangs around a youngsters` neck with devastating effect.

But, every so often along comes somebody who is given that term and someone who has a whole host of clubs chasing after him.

One such kid could well be the fifteen year old Belgian, Andreas Hoelgebaum Pereira, who plays for the Dutch side PSV Eindhoven.

Being chased by a host of clubs that include the usual candidates - Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and ourselves, we`re in a fairly decent pole position when the kid declares publically,

"I am an offensive midfielder, a real 10. Setting up my team mates, scoring and a good shot are my qualities."

"PSV knew that I was talking to some clubs and they respected my choice. I had some doubts but at the end Manchester United is my dream team to play for."

Will his dream come true?

If he really is a true number 10 and the scouts believe in it also then sign him up. True wonderkids tend to make an immediate impact at a young age and we're in dire need of a playmaker.
