And still the dust refuses to settle on the racial issue brought into the limelight last Saturday.
According to the tabloid press, Patrice Evra will be summoned to the FA headquarters inside the next twenty-four hours to give his version of events.
Sir Alex Ferguson, commenting on the ongoing situation, has remarked,
"He is adamant he wants to follow it on, so it rests in the hands of the FA now."
Anyone else fear a whole can of worms is about to be opened here?
