Although playing in unfamiliar surroundings the huge support United had, last night, almost gave it the feel of a home game.
But, against such illustrious opponents, our hosts gave a very good account of themselves with United, often, struggling to break through the massed ranks of players camped around the eighteen yard line.
Therefore it was no surprise that Sir Alex Ferguson appeared a little relived at getting our first win, in three Champions League games, calmly remarking,
"We won the game and that is what`s important. I`ve always said that 10 points will get you through."
Five more to get then from two home games and an away game!
