Duo Back

Duo Back

Our hopes of getting a decent result at Anfield this Saturday lunchtime look like getting a boost.

The early indications are that two of our walking wounded will be available for selection.

Tom Cleverley, who recently signed a new contract, could well return after making a faster than expected recovery from the knock he picked up at Bolton whilst there`s every possibility that Nemanja Vidic will return after being out since the opening fixture of the season, at West Brom, whereby he picked up a calf strain.

Hopefully, both will be raring to go!

Can't wait to see them both back in the team. Whilst Anderson really has stepped up his game he still does have patches in a match where he dies off, he's also the only real attacking threat we have from midfield. Cleverley being back now adds to that and will ensure Anderson is on his toes for the whole game. Any defence in the world would be weaker without Vidic and i'm hoping he's the commanding figure the defence needs, the guy who will ensure everyone in the backline is doing their job, defend first and attack later.

Famous, again as of 99% of the time I agree with you. I just hope Vidic is completely matchfit, then again SAF would not play him if he is not.. Cant wait to see Cleverly in action again.
