Toughen Up!

Although the squad is spread far and wide as we enter a weekend of international matches, Sir Alex Ferguson has already started looking towards the forthcoming clash with Liverpool.

Sir Alex, obviously concerned about the last two performances, Basle and Norwich, has called for his side to toughen up for the trip to Anfield, commenting to the many media hounds that hang on his every word,

"We`ve been poor of late. A couple of times we`ve been outfought, which has been disappointing."

"Anfield`s a tough place to go. It`s always like it`s the biggest game of the century."

"We need to be better than we have been in recent seasons, and this team can do that."

"But I`d rather win the league in May than worry about dropping three points at Anfield."

But to do both would be sublime!

if your defence is as loose as it has been - you'll lose at Anfield!

Doesn't matter who we've got next with the way the defence has been (Evra, Ferdinand and Evans i'm looking at you) there's a real threat that we could lose or draw to anyone at any minute and if it wasn't for De Gea it may've happened already. We've got more than enough in the squad to come away from Anfield with a comfortable win, I just hope we turn up on the day.
