Welbeck the Lion!

Our congratulations go to Danny Welbeck on being named in the England squad for the forthcoming international with Montenegro.

Welbeck has made a great start to the season, partnering Rooney, and his form has kept Hernandez on the sidelines.

Not even a hamstring injury has derailed him and if Danny is given half a chance against Montenegro, in that vital European qualifying tie, he`ll not let his country down!

Fully deserved. I do wonder though why the feck is Carroll in the England squad? His been woeful for Liverpool and both Agbonlahor and Sturridge have been on fire for club and far better and more deserving than him. No doubt Capello is planning to play him up top and we'll play route 1 football. Please start Bent over Carroll!!
