'If It's Football, It's Vital'

In Your Dreams!

It`s not only Martin Luther King that had a dream!

Last night I had a nightmare.

Waking up in a sweat, it suddenly dawned on me that something very strange could happen.

Now I`m not sure it was because I`d eaten too much cheese or not, or whether my dormant brain had swallowed the facts that not only had Owen Hargreaves score don his Manchester City debut but he`d lasted well past half time before being substituted.

So what happened in this nightmare then?

Well it was October, Owen was wearing the light blue shirt of our noisy neighbours and not only had he made the starting eleven but he`d struck a glorious volley, from twenty-five yards, in the last minute, to give Manchester City all three points.

Now I know I wished Owen well on has comeback but that would be taking it too far would it not!

it wouldn't be taking it too far! He'll play against us and he's more than capable of scoring the winner! He's a top player on his day. I personally wish him all the best.He offered to play for us for free so that tells us all we need to know about the guy! City gave him a chance and it's obvious he'll be a success there and fair play to him.He knows his own body and he felt he shouldn't sign for less than anyone but a top four club! I wish we had gave hime a pay as you play contract! Wouldn't have done any harm!

Surely you have to ask some questions about your medical staff after this one, particularly after Hargreaves has made his "Guinea Pig" allegations (and no we're not talking about Rio's sex-life either). Certain other papers are picking up on what Hargreaves said about the medical staff and suggesting that similar "experimental" treatments have been used on Ferdinand - and we all know how fit he's been over the last two season. P.S. Redboy - nice dream, but it will more than likely be Aguero that bangs in the winner at the swamp...

I'm glad to see he's finally back. Got to agree with niteworlok but with the addition of Nani as well.

Ah c'mon TF7 3 own goals in the one game is a tad far fetched.
