'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Bubbling With Enthusiasm!

The omens are certainly looking good.

As the only team in the Premier League with a 100% record, we`re leading the pack and scoring for fun.

Our closest rivals, the noisy lot from across the city; dropped two points at Craven Cottage giving us a distinctive edge as we head towards our next Premier League fixtures.

After the game, Sir Alex Ferguson positively enthused about the way his side have started, commenting to the media,

"I`m excited and why not? Because we have been privy to something rather special."

"Of course, you can`t help wondering if it is going to last and, after a lifetime in football has taught me that there is often a banana skin around the corner."

"I ask myself, 'Will the bubble burst?` But while accepting that our present form is exceptional, I can`t help but feel that this season is going to be good for Manchester United."

"But I believe we will continue to be a handful for our opponents and make a serious championship challenge again."

On the evidence I`ve seen so far this season, my view is that, come may, the top three will be formed from the three sides are currently occupy those positions - ourselves, City and Chelsea.

We will of course drop points - every team do - but what will be interesting if the teams about us also drop points - I mean look at Liverfool - 4-0 agasint Spurs - not the usual result you would expect - and I dont think any Spurs fan will say they even expected Spurs to beat Liverfool......

There's still a lot of twists and turns to come, hopefully we can see this early season form through to the end though.

If we can get to Decemeber with pretty much near maximum points, then I would like to think the 20th title will be ours.....

Yes we will drop points, I dont see Liverpool as a direct rival to our crown, and though City has very good players, its their first real season with CL and a few new players (and a lot of ego's). Chelsea will be our biggest threat this season, they showed some grit on sunday and we still beat them relatively easy, and for now I cant see which team will take points of us. It will probably happend in an away game against one of the grinders.. But for now I still dream of a season unbeaten.....
