Ferguson Wasn't Worried

Sir Alex Ferguson says he wasn't 'too worried' about the lack of new arrivals this summer although I'm sure the Reds won't be stopping the signature of Michael Carrick.

Ferguson said: 'I wasn't too worried to be honest with you, as I said before you have got to trust the players we have got. They had a fantastic season last year in the second half of the season. There's a great spirit here and if we add a couple, it's a bonus for us.'

He might not have been worried, I know many of us fans have, you always need to build on a squad if you are wanting to push for the title, and we WANT to push for the title!

he pulled it off once before when he let hughes, ince and the mighty kanchelskis go and promoted beckham, scholes etc up to the first team but the quality in reserve aint there no more so he needs to wake up and bring in at least 4 or 5 players, we definitely need a striker(not defoe) and at least 2 midfielders(mascherano)(duff would of been great)
