FC United Sponsorship Update

FC United continue to attract new sponsors, with 127 club members doubling in the pre-season. This week we can announce that Exportaid have joined the 127 Club along with cue sports specialists, Elston and Hopkin, and Airtime Communications the mobile phone company.

We are particularly proud to announce that the Bhopal Medical Appeal have rejoined the 127 Club, and that our link with the work they are doing in India will continue.

West Midlands based firm, Lichfield Leather have signed up to sponsor a match and Fonestyle UK, having joined the 127 club are taking advantage of the discount for 127 members and sponsoring a player. Meanwhile we are still looking for match sponsors for a game or two in September.

FC United/Bury FC Golf Day

Any keen FC United golfers should put the date Friday 13 October 2006 (please note that this date has been changed from Friday 29 September as advertised last week) in their diaries, as on that day Whitefield Golf Club will be hosting a fundraising Golf Day and Sports Dinner to raise funds for the two clubs.

Further details will be released via the regular channels when they are known. In the meantime, anyone wishing to register an interest should email golf@fc-utd.co.uk.
