'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Derby Day?

Manchester clubs are currently sitting proudly on top of the Premier League.

Both clubs are unbeaten and both clubs are scoring for fun.

Already, some critics; can`t see past one of us winning the Premier League, but we`ll retain an air of caution, as we know a lot can happen in the course of a season.

But, already, people are awaiting the first of the Manchester derby fixtures, penciled in for October 23rd, at Old Trafford.

Patrice Evra, now back as an automatic choice for the starting eleven has spoken about the title race, commenting,

"I have a lot of respect for City as they have a strong squad."

"When they beat Tottenham 5-1 we watched the game. We said we had to make sure we played well against Arsenal - and we scored eight."

"It looks like a competition between our two teams. But I don`t forget Chelsea or Liverpool.

"When I see people, the first question they ask me is what date is the derby."

It may still be some weeks off but already it promises to be a real humdinger!
