Torres and Senna To The Reds?

Torres and Senna To The Reds?

There are a couple of newspaper reports today suggesting who our next transfer targets are, as ever the reports are sketchy and if we can find anymore information, we'll update you but several papers claim we are about to clinch the deal to sign Villareal midfielder Marcos Senna for £4million.

Then we have the people claiming the Reds will make a £27million bid for Atletico Madrid striker Fernando Torres despite the player saying he was happy in Madrid and didn't want a move.

The 22-year-old Spain international said:

'There's been a lot of discussion during my holiday about my possible exit but the reality is that I'm here for another year. If I had wanted to leave Atletico Madrid, I would have done it years ago. I feel fine here.'

Adding: 'If I had wanted to leave Atletico Madrid I would have done it years ago.'

papers have got to fill their space with something and to be honest, I love all the speculation, even though most of it is total rubbish!

I think you have to look at the way Torres worded everything in his press conference. He said everything politicaly correctly in a manner that it didn't really rule out anything. He just said what those fans wanted to hear for him not to look like the Villian but I think he does want the move to Old Trafford.
