United Head Group C

The draw for the Champions League Group stages took place this afternoon.

In a draw that lasted forever and almost saw me drop off to sleep, Manchester united were drawn to participate in Group C along with the following three clubs

Benfica
Basel
Galati

Looks a comfortable enough passage to the knockout stages don`t you think!

What a lovely group! Should get through rather easily, even with the reserves side.

A CL group that would look more at home in the Europa league, and all of your Champions League games followed by home fixtures. Funny how these random draws and impartial fixture computers.... Nah, must just all be down to luck, right?
